Police say Cynthia Carter was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal facilitation. All the children were under the age of 17.
Carter, of Bayshore, allegedly drove Tamisha Kilpatrick to a location where police say Kilpatrick was involved in the drug transaction on Sept. 14.
Kilpatrick, of Central Islip, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Both women were arrested Sunday night. They are scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
