One man was shot, apparently by police officers, who suspected he busted the window of a police cruiser in the Brighton Beach section of Brooklyn.

The man was shot by police, who responded to a disturbance outside an NYPD Mounted Unit facility on Brighton Third Street just before 5:30 a.m. this morning.
