A fired UPS employee is reportedly facing a lawsuit after he apparently didn't get the message.

According to the New York Post, UPS fired the man in 2008 for a workplace brawl.

But the company says he keeps showing up at the facility on West 43rd Street in Manhattan.

Police arrested him for trespassing in the latest incident last month.

UPS says it is worried the man poses a safety threat.
