In the video, the suspect is seen pointing a gun at the driver of a livery cab, before taking money, and a cell phone and fleeing. This incident took place on December 4th.
In another incident on Dec. 5th, the suspect is accused of accused of demanding money from a victim inside the lobby of 35 Graham Ave. In that incident, the suspect is accused of leaving with an undisclosed amount of money and a cell phone.
The suspect is described as a black man in his 20's, 5'10" and medium build. The gun used is described as silver with a pearl handle.
