Authorities say body parts of an unidentified man have been found at two locations in the northern New Jersey community of Cliffside Park.

Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli said K-9 units of the Bergen County Sheriff's Office made the initial find at 1:57 p.m. Monday. He said the man's death has been classified as a homicide.

The Record of Woodland Park reports that authorities had been searching for a man who was reported missing on Sunday.

Molinelli said the body parts were transported to the medical examiner's office to determine the victim's identity and the cause of death.

He declined to provide further details.
