Kids targeted by robber on the Upper East Side

UPPER EAST SIDE

The first robbery happened on Thursday, March 10th at 3:30 p.m. on East 65th Street between 3rd Avenue and Lexington Avenue.

The man approached a 12-year-old boy, pushed him against a wall, told him he had a gun and then stole his laptop.

The second robbery happened at 3:15 p.m. at Park Avenue and 83rd Street.

This time the suspect approached a 16-year-old boy, pushed him against a wall, told him he had a gun, and took his iPhone and cash.

The suspect is described as being a black man, 25-30 years old, 6'1" tall, and weighing 250 lbs.

He was last seen wearing a dark waist length coat with a white pinstripe across the shoulders and blue jeans with a dark baseball cap.
