Jones says he was at a park in /*Paterson, NJ*/ getting ready for a fight on Saturday night, when a woman screamed she'd been robbed.
Jones and his coaches went after the suspect, putting him in a leg lock until police arrived.
Jones tweeted that it felt good to help others and that the incident gave him power and energy.
