A man gunned down in Brooklyn on Wednesday night had previously been charged in the fatal shooting of an EMT outside a SoHo nightclub.

Julio Locarno, 23, was shot and killed on Parade Place, across from the Prospect Park parade grounds, just before 10:45 p.m.

Locarno was charged last month in connection with the fatal July 2010 shooting of an EMT during a dispute over parking spot outside a SoHo nightclub.

He was accused of telling the gunman to "Shoot! Shoot!" EMT Jason Green during the fight.

Although he didn't fire the fatal shots, Locarno was charged with manslaughter and gang assault.

Green had his own criminal history. He was under investigation for refusing to help a dying, pregnant employee at an Au Bon Pain in Brooklyn.

That victim, Eutisha Rennix, died after she did not receive medical help.
