The shooting happened at the Queensbridge houses in/*Long Island City*/ early Saturday morning.
Tara Webb died after being shot in the chest.
A 26-year-old man was also shot, but survived and is in the hospital.
Investigators are looking into whether he shot Webb, then turned the gun on himself.
One of Webb's friends says she last heard from her in a voicemail message last night.
