/*Aftab Ali*/, also known as /*Aftab Khan*/, was sentenced in federal court Tuesday to time served and placed in the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which is expected to deport him within weeks. He has been in federal custody for 11 months.
Ali was one of three men arrested in New England in connection with the failed bombing attempt last May.
Authorities say Khan unwittingly supplied $4,900 to /*Faisal Shahzad*/ of /*Bridgeport*/, /*Connecicut*/, who was later convicted in the attempted bombing. Khan was not accused of knowing about or participating in the plot.
