The girl was hit by a man driving the wrong way on 93rd Street near 25th Avenue around 9:10 p.m.
Police say the driver ditched the four-door Lincoln and ran away on foot.
The teen was rushed to /*Elmhurst Hospital*/, where she was in stable condition.
The car was reported stolen and a gun was recovered. No arrests were immediately made.
