Power problems cause early morning commuting problem

Due to an overhead power problem, New Jersey Transit trains were delayed going in and out of Penn Station.

The problems were fixed after 10 am.

NJ Transit spokesman Dan Stessel says the wire was in one of the two Hudson River tunnels. Amtrak and NJ Transit trains had to use only one track in and out of New York until repairs were finished.
