Study: Families who eat together are healthier

A family that eats together stays healthy together.

That's the word from a new study that shows children who eat with their parents not only have healthier eating habits, they're also less likely to be overweight.

According to the Journal of Pediatrics, the children were also 35 percent less likely to develop eating disorders.
