The memorial also announced a web application to locate the names. Handheld devices and electronic kiosks will also direct visitors.
The names' arrangement is based on where the victims were when terrorists attacked on /*Sept. 11, 2001*/, and Feb. 26, 1993, and their relationships to others who died.
For instance, firefighters are listed according to their companies.
They can also be simultaneously listed adjacent to relatives.
