A memorial is in the works to honor the victims of a deadly workplace shooting at a beer distributor in Connecticut.

Hartford Distributors unveiled its final plan for the memorial Monday.

The design calls for eight stainless steel columns on the company's property, representing each of the victims who died at the hands of disgruntled worker Omar Thornton.

The memorial is set to be finished exactly one year after the shooting, on August 3.
