NYC to introduce 'skeletal' speed monitors

NEW YORK

New electronic displays will show how fast a car is traveling. And if a vehicle is going faster than 30 miles an hour, the sign will flash a skeleton figure to show deadly risk.

Mayor /*Michael Bloomberg*/ also wants to introduce a slower speed limit of just 20 miles an hour in some areas.

A pilot program will begin in the /*Bronx*/ this summer.
