First there is /*Popbar*/. Consider some of the newer options... Starting with popbar. Sort of the modern approach to a popsicle and these, you can custom design. You can add chocolate or nuts or both. They are $3.75 and up.
There's also the /*Coolhaus Truck*/ for homemade /*ice cream*/ sandwiches. It only costs $5 a sandwich. Even the wrappers are edible.
Or you could just try the new soft serve fruit.
