Biorhythm exhibition combines science and music

NEW YORK

Michael John Gorman says science doesn't need to be boring. Add in some art and music, and it can actually be exciting.

It's why he created the Biorhythm exhibition, which has traveled from Ireland to the Eyebeam space in Chelsea.

With a flick of the switch, the chair pulsates with music and frequencies.

At another table, blocks with sensors allow you to create music, and you'll feel a little like a DJ.

Or you can step up to the mic, and your crazy sounds get formulated into an original track.

Remember, this is science and they'll hope you participate in a study that monitors how you respond to music.

It may make your head swim, and bring out your inner scientist.
