According to /*Suffolk County Police*/, two men were attacked by a group outside of the /*Fiesta Pool Hall*/ in /*Brentwood*/ before 2 a.m. Sunday. Police are not sure why the assault took place, but robbery does not appear to be the motive.
When they arrived to the scene, police found 29-year-old Rumaldo Bethancourt-Lopez dead from apparent head trauma. Police believe both parties were inside the pool hall on Saturday night.
Another man, /*Ramiro Garcia*/ was taken to Southside Hospital in critical condition.
