Her younger sister and brother say they were all beaten, starved and tied up in the house.
The young siblings revealed the heart breaking details to child welfare workers after they were taken from the home.
The petition is heart wrenching.
In their own words, two little children describe how they were starved and beaten, becoming so weak they often crawled, because it hurt too much to stand up, and then they were tied to a radiator for hours.

The full story of 8-year-old /*Christiana Glenn*/'s life and death is now finally coming to light.
She died on May 22nd of malnourishment and an untreated broken leg bone.
Her little brother and sister are now speaking for her.
They survived the horror of the house in /*Irvington*/, and told their story to child welfare workers two days after Christiana's death.
A state petition for the custody of the 7-year-old girl and 6-year-old boy describes their condition, like their older sister, allegedly starved by their mother, Venette Ovilde.
Ovilde is charged with manslaughter.
"Neither child can walk because it hurt when they stood up," the petition read, "Both the children's knees are black from them using either knees and elbows to crawl where they want to go."
The little girl described how the children were often left alone by their mother and her roommate, /*Myriam Janvier*/, who is charged with child endangerment.
"The mother would tie them to the radiator for the day, and leave food for them and a bucket to use as a bathroom," the petition went on.
The children also spoke of repeated beatings.
Dr. Mary McCoy is the dead child's God mother, who unsuccessfully tried to win custody of Christiana in 2008 from her mother after reporting her to /*DYFS*/.
DYFS says there were four complaints about the family between 2006 and 2008, but all were determined to be unfounded.
Independent child advocates are now asking questions about that standard.
