The girl was shot in the leg, according to authorities.
It happened around 3:30 p.m. at outside Bronx Academy High School on Story Avenue in the Soundview section.
According to officials, the victim attends Felisa Rincon de Gautier Institute for Law and Public Policy.
She was shot in the right hip after police say an unknown suspect got off a public bus and fired into the crowd.
She was taken to Jacobi Hospital. Her condition was not immediately known.
