It happened around 2:45 a.m. Wednesday on the corner of Fulton and Cliff streets.
Surveillance video caught the suspect trailing his 23-year-old victim.
Police say he sexually abused the woman and then ran off.
The suspect is between 28 and 32-years-old, approximately 5-foot-6 and weighing about 140 pounds.
