For a period of two months, someone wrote "MOUSTACHE" on hundreds of advertisement posters in the transit system with a black permanent marker.
Police first discovered the name tagged on a poster near West 42nd Street and 8th Avenue on March 10th.
After a police investigation, 26-year-old Joseph Waldo of /*Hell's Kitchen*/ was arrested at the corner of West 47th Street. and 8th Avenue on Tuesday night.
He was charged with criminal mischief and other charges including possession of /*graffiti*/ instrument.
