Lawyers for ex-officers /*Franklin Mata*/ and /*Kenneth Moreno*/ filed papers Tuesday asking a judge to toss their misdemeanor convictions for technical reasons.
They say they may raise more questions after assessing unaired footage related to the case from a documentary about the Manhattan district attorney's sex crimes unit. Prosecutors gave them the material Monday.
Prosecutors have two weeks to respond in court. A judge may rule in August, when the two are now due to be sentenced.
The case stems from the officers' December 2008 encounter with a drunken woman they were called to help get home.
