The LIRR is experiencing 10 minute eastbound delays through Jamaica due to congestion.
There is also heavy traffic almost everywhere.
The westbound Cross Bronx Expressway, the northbound West Side Highway and all roads leading to CitiField for the subway series (Grand Central Pkwy, LIE, Whitestone Expressway, Van Wyck Expressway) are experiencing delays.
The Lincoln Tunnel has one-hour delays both directions.
The Holland Tunnel outbound has a one-hour delay while the inbound is experiencing a 30 minute delay.
The George Washington Bridge inbound has 10 minute delays on the upper level, but lower level is moving fine.
There is outbound heavy traffic throughout the city.
