Funeral held Thursday for slain football star

BRONX

/*Isayah Muller*/, 19, would have attended /*Nassau Community College*/ in the fall. Instead, his family and friends bid their final goodbyes amid tears and heartache.

The service was held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Manhattan. That followed a wake Tuesday and Wednesday at the Barrett Funeral Home that drew hundreds.

The running back led Harry S. Truman High School to this year's Public Schools Athletic League championship.

Authorities say Muller was stabbed during a dispute between his father and /*Bronx*/ parking attendants as the family was on its way to his graduation dinner.

His father has pleaded not guilty to assault and weapon possession. A grand jury has been weighing evidence on whether the parking attendants should face charges.
