Teens may face charges in highway rock-throwing

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J.

No charges had been filed as of Tuesday evening.

But an investigation is continuing into Monday's incident, as well as several others involving objects being thrown at cars on the expressway over the past two weeks.

Just before 8 p.m. Monday, someone threw a rock at the windshield of a car, as well as at a bus.

A trooper saw a piece of wood being thrown from the overpass, and he and another trooper chased two fleeing teens, catching them nearby.
