Nos. 4, 5, 6 lines back to normal after derailment

A minor subway derailment in East Harlem suspended service on the number 4 and 6 lines Wednesday.

The No. 6 train derailed at near East 120th Street just before 4:30 a.m.

About 100 passengers were on board at the time. They were put on another train.

The derailment was described as minor, and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the derailment was under investigation.

Regular service resumed with residual delays just before 1 p.m.
