A 23-year-old Huntington Station woman escaped from a Suffolk County police precinct but was later captured Wednesday.

Police say Samantha Deutsch walked out of the 2nd Precinct in Huntington just after 8 p.m. Tuesday after being arrested for criminal impersonation.

She is believed to have been handcuffed at the time of her escape.

Detectives found and arrested Deutsch at the home of Thomas Carriero, on East 8th St., Huntington Station, at approximately 6:25 p.m. on Wednesday.

Deutsch was charged with second-degree escape.

Carriero, 65, was also arrested and charged with obstructing governmental administration. And 33-year-old Reginald Williams, of East Northport, was arrested and charged with hindering prosecution.

Deutsch was being held at the Fourth Precinct, while Carriero and Williams are being held at the Second Precinct.

Along with the most recent arrest, Deutsch had two outstanding bench warrants.

On March 13, Deutsch was charged with disorderly conduct for screaming obscenities at gas station customers in Hauppauge.
