Research shows exercise may do more than lower your weight, it may also help lower your risk of dying from cancer.

A study focused on about 4,000 women with breast cancer.

It found those with the highest level of physical activity had half the risk of dying, compared to those who didn't exercise.

Other studies have shown the risk of developing breast cancer is 20 percent lower among the most active women than the least active.
