The child, who was reported taken by her father earlier Thursday was found unharmed in Queens.
The father, identified as 33-year-old Mario Minaya was taken into custody.
Charges are pending.
Earlier Thursday, the mother of the child said she received a call from the father saying she would never see either of them again.
The child, Ashley Minaya, had been last seen in front of her mother's home.
