The attacker came up behind a woman on Attorney Street at 7 a.m. Sunday.
He left something on the hood of a car, then went after his victim.
She was able to fight him off.
The video shows him running back to the car, grabbing back that same item and running away.
He is described as a male black, 20 to 22 years of age. He is approximately 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-8 and weighs approximately 160 pounds.
