Nassau County Police say that they received a call of a baby not breathing at #74 Pond Lane which is listed as Karen Shriver Inc.
The daycare says that the baby was placed down for a nap at 11 a.m., when they checked on the child they realized he was not breathing.
The daycare workers immediately performed CPR and called police.
The Levittown Fire Department responded and continued CPR as the baby was rushed to Nassau County Medical Center.
At 1:08 p.m. the baby was pronounced dead.
The baby is said to be from Syosset.
