The couple had just returned to their /*Jericho*/ home Monday evening. As the garage door opened, police say one of the suspects ran toward the woman, grabbed and dragged her inside.
The other two suspects grabbed the man and were pushing him inside the house when the alarm sounded. When the victims refused to turn it off, police say the suspects displayed handguns and punched, kicked and pistol whipped the man.
The woman also was punched and kicked.
The suspects then fled on foot.
The couple was treated for their injuries at a hospital.
