Early cancer screenings may not be as important as we think for certain types of cancer.

A recent cancer study warns some cancers are so aggressive that early detection won't make much difference.

The exceptions are cervical and colorectal cancer screenings where early detection can still save lives.

While doctors struggle to find a balance, the report suggests the best care is customized treatment.
