More than 60 people are expected Tuesday in a Manhattan court.
Several others arrested in the Oct. 1 march have already been to court, but most haven't.
The arrests were mainly on disorderly conduct charges. Police say demonstrators went onto the bridge roadway after being warned not to leave the pedestrian walkway. Video shows at least one official using a bullhorn.
Defense lawyers say many people didn't hear the warnings, and police led the group into the road.
Court records show a judge dismissed a disorderly conduct case last week against one of those arrested. She was at the march as a freelance reporter for The New York Times.
