The alleged incident happened around 2:45 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue in East New York on Monday.
Police were informed by witnesses that 16-year-old Alicia Arter was forced into a black Infiniti by 2 black men.
The Infinity fled the scene and was recovered in front of 557 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Arter is 5'0, 145 lbs with dyed black hair, a black jacket, brown tee shirt, black stockings and black boots.
She is also a known prostitute who is originally from Pennsylvania.
