PATH back up and running after suspension

Breaking News from Eyewitness News in New York City

Path service is back on track after an earlier suspension between 33rd street to Hoboken and 33rd street to Journal Square.

The service had been delayed due to a police investigation when an emotionally disturbed person was struck by a train.

The person was rushed to the hospital and is listed in serious condition.
