New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is threatening to veto a proposed taxi law.

The bill, passed in June, allows livery drivers to pick up street hails.

It also calls for 1,500 new yellow cabs, with more than 500 being handicapped accessible.

But Cuomo says he won't sign the bill unless all the new cabs are equipped for disabled riders.
