NYPD searching for suspects in Queens burglary spree

The NYPD is searching for two suspects wanted in a series of 12 break ins in Queens.

Police have released prior mugshots of the suspects, identfied as 33-year-old Eldin Ahmetovic and 32-year-old Yulia Bushuyeva.

The pair allegedly enters the homes through a window or door before robbing the place of valuables. The first incident was reported on June 23 on 42st Street. But police say the string of burglaries really picked up in mid-November, when the suspects struck four times between the 14th and 26 of the month.

Most recently, police say four homes were hit on Wednesday December 14 and a fifth on Thursday the 15th.

Ahmetovic is described as approximately 5-foot-10 and 165 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Bushuyeva is 5-foot-6 and 130 pounds with a tattoo on the right side of her neck that reads "Dino."
