NEW YORK --
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) announced the seizure of more than 327,000 counterfeit items with a manufacturer's suggested retail price worth an estimated $76.8 million.
In the New York City-area, special agents with ICE HSI seized 133,077 items with a manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of $35,245,627. This includes a seizure made Dec. 20, of 70,000 counterfeit toys with an MSRP of $800,000.
