Before you devour a plate of leftovers, there's some advice about what to do if you've eaten too much.

Have some dessert, seriously!

Norwegian researchers say a sugary snack can ease the pain from a full stomach.

Sugar stimulates a nerve that controls digestion, essentially telling the stomach to loosen up, allowing the food you've eaten to settle more comfortably.
