A Queens widow is suing New York City for $10 million, claiming the actions of two NYPD officers caused her husband's death.

On a snowy day almost one year ago, 72-year-old Robert Hudson suffered a heart attack.

Doris Hudson claims police sent her elderly husband on a half-mile walk back home to get her ID for a summons for not wearing a seat belt.

Police say the walk was Robert Hudson's idea.
