Americans feeling less stressed?

Study finds that Americans are experiencing their lowest levels of stress in five years. (WABC)

We all get stressed out, but maybe not quite as much as we used to.

A new survey finds Americans' stress levels fell to their lowest in five years.

However, the American Psychological Association says nearly a quarter of Americans say they're still extremely stressed.

The top three causes of stress are listed as money, work, and the overall economy.

All of that anxiety can be a risk factor for heart disease and depression.
