Smartphones and stress

Smartphones can help you stay connected, but they may not be the smartest thing for keeping you calm.

A new study finds a link between those phones and a rise in stress levels.

It mainly affects people who compulsively check every incoming message.

Researchers found the stress is not so much from dealing with work, but from personal uses, like keeping tabs on friendships, and social networking.
