1 dead, 2 hurt in fiery Jersey City cab crash

One person is dead and two others injured after a fiery taxi crash in New Jersey.

Police say a Ford Explorer slammed into the back of a cab, sending it careening into a street light in Jersey City around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The cab then burst into flames.

The taxi driver died, and his two passengers were injured. One is listed in critical condition.

Police are questioning the driver of the Explorer.
