Rapper Jay-Z's newly-reopened 40-40 Club in Manhattan has been shut down by the city for health code violations, just one day after a star-studded relaunch party.

City inspectors say the staff failed to keep cold food cold enough and didn't keep hot food hot enough.

It also says workers made food with their bare hands.

The club reportedly corrected the problems Friday night and opened for business.
