Hotel workers to get panic buttons if contract approved

Usually, it's the hotel guests who get the perks. But now, hotel workers in New York City are getting a raise, health coverage that's paid for, bigger pensions and panic buttons.

The proposed seven-year contract, now under review by the union, includes devices that would allow housekeepers and other workers to call for help.

That is seen as a response to the Dominique Strauss-Kahn case.
