A man and a woman were struck while crossing Main Street near Cleveland Avenue in New Rochelle just before 7 p.m. Wednesday.
A 21-year-old woman who was visiting from Guatemala was killed. A 23-year-old man is being treated for head trauma and other injuries.
Police did not identify either victim.
