2 teens arrested in subway robbery of elderly man

Police in Brooklyn arrested two teenaged suspects in connection with the mugging of a 81-year-old man on a subway platform.

15-year-old Taheen Herkul and 17-year-old Jaqua Sowells were arrested and charged with Attempted Murder, Robbery and Felony Assault.

Police suspect one of the boys grabbed an iPhone from Andrew Wang at the Lorimer J train platform on Friday.

They say Wang chased him, and the other boy shoved Wang off the platform and onto the tracks.

Wang is recovering from his injuries.
